Our Core Mission Beliefs- :: Mission begins in the heart of God: “As the Father has sent me, I am sending you” (John 20:21).
:: Missions is the mission of the Church: “Go and make disciples of all nations . . .” (Matthew 28:19).
:: The local church is God’s primary mission force: “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light” (1 Peter 2:9).
:: The Holy Spirit is the power for missions: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8).
:: Partnership is a Biblical concept: “I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now” (Philippians 1:3-5).
:: Every church is responsible to apply the Biblical principle of partnership based on the opportunities God gives them: “Be wise . . . making the most of every opportunity” (Colossians 4:5).
:: Prayer is the essential link between God and the mission field: “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field” (Luke 10:2).
:: Giving is a privilege: “. . . they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in the service to the saints” (2 Corinthians 8:4).
